Extragenital condylomata acuminata

**Definition:** Anogenital warts transmitted to extragenital sites (i.e. beyond the anogenital region). This may be through autoinoculation of anogenital wart virus to moist, intertriginous sites on the abdomen or under the breasts, or as a result of sexual activity, particularly to the lips and oral cavity.
