Angiostrongyliasis
**Definition:** A disease caused by an infection with the parasitic worm Angiostrongylus. This disease commonly presents with fever, headache, stiffness of the neck and back, tingling or painful feelings in the skin, nausea and vomiting, or may be asymptomatic. Transmission is by ingestion of larvae in contaminated food.
