Mantle cell lymphoma

**Definition:** Mantle cell lymphoma is a rare form of malignant non-Hodgkin lymphoma affecting B lymphocytes in the lymph nodes in a region called the ``mantle zone''. It accounts for 2-10% of lymphomas.
