T-cell prolymphocytic leukaemia

**Definition:** An aggressive T-cell leukaemia, characterised by the proliferation of small to medium sized prolymphocytes with a mature T-cell phenotype, involving the blood, bone marrow, lymph nodes, liver, spleen, and skin.
