Primary cutaneous CD30-positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma

**Definition:** An anaplastic large cell lymphoma that is limited to the skin at the time of diagnosis. Most patients present with solitary or localised skin lesions in a form of nodules or papules, which may be tumours. The t(2;5) translocation that is present in many cases of systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma is not found in this disease.
