Post-transplant lymphoproliferative disorder, early lesion

**Definition:** A lymphoproliferative disorder arising as a result of post-transplant immunosuppression therapy. It is characterised by the lack of tissue destruction and the architectural preservation of the involved tissues. It includes two morphologic variants: plasmacytic hyperplasia and infectious mononucleosis-like lymphoproliferative disorders.
