Malignant neoplasms of lip

**Definition:** Malignant neoplasms originating from the transitional epithelium of the lip (excluding oral mucosa and skin of the outer lip) or from the underlying anatomical structures (e.g. orbicularis oris muscle).

**Exclusions:** - Malignant mesenchymal neoplasms - Malignant neoplasm of skin of lip
