Malignant phyllodes tumour of breast

**Definition:** A phyllodes tumour of the breast characterised by infiltrative margins and a sarcomatous stromal component. The sarcomatous stroma usually displays features of fibrosarcoma. Liposarcomatous, osteosarcomatous, or rhabdomyosarcomatous elements may also be present.
