Adenocarcinoma of fallopian tube

**Definition:** An adenocarcinoma that arises from the fallopian tube. Histologic subtypes include clear cell, endometrioid, serous, and mucinous adenocarcinoma. It spreads to adjacent organs, regional lymph nodes, and peritoneum.
