Extramammary Paget disease of skin

**Definition:** An intraepithelial adenocarcinoma of apocrine gland-bearing skin and mucous membrane. Clinically it presents as sharply demarcated erythematous plaques most commonly affecting the vulva in women and perianal skin in men.
