Megavitamin-B6 syndrome

**Definition:** A disease caused by an excess of vitamin B6. This disease is characterised by progressive sensory ataxia, diminished or absent tendon reflexes, and impaired sense of touch, temperature and pain. Confirmation is by blood test.
