**Definition:** All diagnostic requirements for Alcohol withdrawal are met and the withdrawal state is accompanied by both seizures (i.e., generalised tonic-clonic seizures) and perceptual disturbances (e.g., visual or tactile hallucinations or illusions) with intact reality testing.
