**Definition:** Stimulant dependence including amphetamines, methamphetamine and methcathinone but excluding caffeine, cocaine and synthetic cathinones refers to amphetamine or other stimulant use within the past month.

**Exclusions:** - Harmful pattern of use of stimulants including amphetamines, methamphetamine or methcathinone - Episode of harmful use of stimulants including amphetamines, methamphetamine or methcathinone
