Non-scar, non-isthmus dependent macro reentrant atrial tachycardia

**Definition:** A macro re-entrant atrial tachycardia coursing around a normal cardiac structure (except the cavotricuspid isthmus) such as the mitral valve annulus, or superior caval vein.
