Congenital great vessel related acquired abnormality

**Definition:** Any postnatal pathological change in form or function of the heart and/or great vessels consequent to the presence of congenital cardiovascular disease.

**Exclusions:** - Acquired systemic vein abnormality - Acquired pulmonary venous abnormality - Acquired pulmonary arterial tree abnormality
