Neopulmonary valve stenosis

**Definition:** Acquired obstruction to flow through the neopulmonary valve, that is, the native aortic valve that has become the functional neopulmonary valve after the arterial switch operation.

**Exclusions:** - Postprocedural pulmonary valve stenosis
