Lymphangioleiomyomatosis
**Definition:** Lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM) is a multiple cystic lung disease characterised by progressive cystic destruction of the lung and lymphatic abnormalities, frequently associated with renal angiomyolipomas (AMLs). LAM occurs either sporadically or as a manifestation of tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC).
