**Definition:** This is a group of conditions characterised as being in or associated with the liver that are not classified elsewhere.

**Exclusions:** - alcoholic liver disease - amyloid degeneration of liver - cystic disease of liver (congenital) - hepatic vein thrombosis - hepatomegaly NOS - portal vein thrombosis - toxic liver disease
