Cholelithiasis

**Definition:** Cholelithiasis is calculus of gallbladder, cystic duct or bile duct. Most stones in the gallbladder are asymptomatic, but the most common initial symptom is biliary colic before the development of complications, including acute cholecystitis or cholangitis.
