Acute biliary pancreatitis
**Definition:** Acute pancreatitis associated with gallstone. Although gallstone is a major etiology, the diagnosis should be made after exclusion of other etiologies. Bile reflux into pancreatic duct caused by an impacted stone at the duodenal papilla is assumed to be a cause.
