Functional gallbladder disorder

**Definition:** This is a motility disorder that manifests symptomatically with biliary pain as consequence of either an initial metabolic disorder (supersaturated bile with cholesterol) or a primary motility alteration of gallbladder, at least initially, of any abnormalities of bile composition. There are normal liver enzymes, conjugated bilirubin and amylase/lipase.
