Folliculitis cruris pustulosa atrophicans

**Definition:** A folliculitis prevalent in Sub-Saharan Africa due to the custom of applying of greasy ointments to the lower legs. It presents as an inflammatory folliculitis which may result in follicular scarring and atrophy.
