Onychomycosis

**Definition:** Fungal infection of fingernails and/or toenails due most commonly to dermatophytes (tinea unguium) or yeasts, especially Candida species.

**Inclusions:** - Fungal infection of the nails

**Exclusions:** - Candidosis of nail or paronychium
