Disseminated infantile seborrhoeic dermatitis

**Definition:** A widespread form of infantile seborrhoeic dermatitis affecting the napkin area, scalp, face, neck, axillae and anterior trunk. In contrast to atopic eczema, pruritus is not usually evident and the infant remains otherwise well.
