Actinic lentiginosis
**Definition:** The presence of multiple actinic lentigines. This is a common finding in people with fair skin who have a long history of repeated exposure to the sun where it most commonly affects the upper extremities, upper back, forehead and scalp (if bald). It can be generalised and occur at an earlier age in people with an addiction to sun-bathing and use of sun beds.
