Disorders of vertebra

**Definition:** Changes in the structure of the spine causing damage to vertebrae and surrounding tissue secondary to infection, injury, tumours, infections, bone changes that come with age etc. Spinal diseases often limit movement and cause pain when bone changes put pressure on the spinal cord or nerves.
