Hypertrophy of vulva

**Definition:** A condition of the vulva that is frequently idiopathic. This condition is characterised by enlargement or thickening of the tissues of all or part of the female external genitalia, such as the clitoris, labia, vestibule, or glands. This condition may also present with a patchy white discolouration, itching, pain or burning of the skin.
