Leukoplakia of vagina
**Definition:** A condition of the vagina, caused by hyperkeratinisation of epithelial cells due to human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, chronic trauma, radiotherapy, or premalignant/malignant lesions. This condition is characterised by white, whitish yellow, or grey plaque on the mucosal surfaces in the vagina.
