Old laceration of cervix uteri

**Definition:** An injury of the cervix, caused by trauma subsequent to procedures that lacerate the cervix, such as vaginal delivery, induced abortion, or surgery. This condition is characterised by tearing of the cervix uteri tissue.

**Exclusions:** - Perineal laceration during delivery
