Redundant prepuce, phimosis or paraphimosis

**Definition:** Several conditions of the foreskin, caused by abnormalities in the prepuce. This condition is characterised by redundant or tight foreskin and lack of retractability of the foreskin or the inability of the foreskin to be reduced.
