Subscapular or perirenal urinoma
**Definition:** A disease of the kidney, caused by urinary obstruction such as calices in the kidney or ureter, or a breach of the integrity of the pelvis. This disease is characterised by an encapsulated collection of urine located in a fat-lined sac around the kidneys or in the retroperitoneum. Confirmation is by imaging.
