Cystitis

**Definition:** A condition of the bladder, caused by infection, reaction to pharmacological agents, exposure to radiation therapy, or potential irritants. This condition is characterised by inflammation of the urinary bladder, dysuria, pollakiuria, fever, or flank pain.
