**Definition:** A condition caused by medical intervention, trauma, inflammation, infection, cancer, or congenital factors. This condition is characterised by the formation of an abnormal passage between the urinary bladder and the skin, bowel, vagina, uterus, or rectum, and suprapubic pain, frequency, dysuria, or tenesmus.
