Female Genital Mutilation Type 3

**Definition:** Vulvar/vaginal abnormality caused by narrowing of the vaginal orifice with a covering seal, as a result from cutting and appositioning the labia minora and/or the labia majora, with or without excision of the clitoris (infibulation).
