Birth injury to eye

**Definition:** Ocular injuries due to birth trauma include lid lacerations, hyphema, rupture of Descemet's membrane of cornea, vitreous haemorrhage, corneal oedema, abrasions and lacerations, orbital haemorrhage and fractures, and intraocular haemorrhages.

**Inclusions:** - Subconjunctival haemorrhage due to birth injury - Traumatic glaucoma due to birth injury
