Intraventricular nontraumatic haemorrhage, grade 3, of fetus or newborn

**Definition:** Intraventricular (nontraumatic) haemorrhage, grade 3, of the fetus and newborn located in the subependymal region with extension into the lateral ventricles, with ventricular enlargement.

**Inclusions:** - Subependymal haemorrhage with both intraventricular and ventricular dilatation
