Colpocephaly
**Definition:** A condition caused by the white matter in the posterior cerebrum failing to develop or thicken during the antenatal period. This condition is characterised by the occipital horns – the posterior or rear portion of the lateral ventricles (cavities) of the brain – being larger than normal.
**Exclusions:** - Porencephaly - stenosis of interventricular foramen
