Structural developmental anomalies of eyelid, lacrimal apparatus or orbit

**Definition:** Any condition caused by failure of the eyelid lacrimal apparatus and orbit to correctly develop during the antenatal period.

**Exclusions:** - cryptophthalmos NOS
