Bifid nose

**Definition:** Isolated bifid nose is defined as a median cleft of the nose due to fusion anomalies of the medial nasal processes, that may involve the nasal tip only, or the nose on its length. Bifid nose may also be seen in multiple malformation syndromes like frontonasal dysplasia.
