Total mirror imagery

**Definition:** A congenital malformation in which there is complete mirror-imaged arrangement of the internal organs along the left-right axis of the body.

**Inclusions:** - Situs inversus totalis

**Exclusions:** - Primary ciliary dyskinesia, Kartagener type - Kartagener triad - dextrocardia NOS - laevocardia
