**Exclusions:** - Syndrome of infant of a diabetic mother, type 1 or 2, nongestational, insulin dependent - Neonatal diabetes mellitus - Diabetes mellitus in pregnancy - Syndrome of infant of mother with gestational diabetes - Postprocedural hypoinsulinaemia
