Gerstmann syndrome
**Definition:** Gerstmann syndrome is a very rare neurological disorder characterised by the specific association of acalculia, finger agnosia, left-right disorientation, and agraphia, which is supposed to be secondary to a focal subcortical white matter damage in the parietal lobe.
