**Definition:** Headache with characteristic features suggesting that it is a unique diagnostic entity, a finding or complaint, but not fulfilling criteria for any of the headache disorders classified elsewhere.

**Exclusions:** - Acute headache, not elsewhere classified - Chronic secondary headache or orofacial pain - Atypical facial pain - Trigeminal neuralgia
