Acquired absence of limb

**Inclusions:** - post traumatic loss of limb - postoperative loss of limb

**Exclusions:** - Congenital absence of both lower leg and foot - Congenital absence of upper arm or forearm with hand present - Other acquired deformities of limbs - Congenital absence of thigh or lower leg with foot present
