Other and Unspecified Parts of Tongue

T-C02 designates malignant neoplasms arising in portions of the tongue that are not otherwise classified, encompassing lesions of the base, ventral surface, lateral borders and any other unspecified tongue sites. It is used when the specific anatomical subsite cannot be determined or does not fit into more detailed tongue categories.
