Esophagus

T-C15 is the topography code in ICD-O-3 designating the esophagus. It is used to classify malignant neoplasms arising in any part of the esophageal tube, encompassing the cervical, thoracic and abdominal portions and the gastro-esophageal junction. The code groups all esophageal cancers for epidemiologic and clinical reporting.
