The T-C30 topography in ICD-O-3 designates malignant tumours that arise in the nasal cavity (including septum, turbinates and meatuses) and the middle ear (tympanic cavity and mastoid air cells). It groups these anatomically adjacent sites for reporting and statistical analysis of cancers of the upper respiratory and auditory structures.
