T-C60 designates the penis as the topographic site for tumor registration in the ICD-O-3 system. It covers the entire organ, including the glans, shaft and prepuce, and is used to code malignant, in-situ and uncertain-behavior neoplasms arising in that location for cancer surveillance and research.
