Other Endocrine Glands and Related Structures

In ICD-O-3 the topography code C75 identifies neoplasms arising in other endocrine glands and related structures not covered by separate site codes, such as the pituitary, parathyroid, pineal and related neuroendocrine tissues. It is used to record malignant, in-situ or benign tumors of these organs when a more specific topography is unavailable. This code groups together a heterogeneous set of endocrine-related cancers for statistical and clinical reporting.
