Services, Systems and Policies

The ICF code e5 designates the environmental domain of services, systems and policies, covering societal structures that influence health and functioning such as health-care delivery, education, social security, labor market regulations, and public policy. These factors can either facilitate participation and wellbeing or act as barriers, depending on their availability, quality and accessibility.
